Mysticism and healing

How to break free from addictions and habits

Addictions are two types; some of them involve chemical poisoning and some do not involve poisoning, such as addiction to tea or sleep after lunch, addiction to eat lunch at a certain time of the day.

Addictions are habitual patterns. These if-then conditional patterns create maleficent informational cycles in mind and then they will transfer to other parts of the human being as well, like computer viruses. As a result of these repetitive cycles, our multiple bodies (astral, emotional, etc) become intertwisted and gaps and openings are created in them. Through these openings, we can be influenced by a certain type of immaterial pollutions.

We have many habits. For example, if instead of twelve pm we eat lunch at one pm we may feel annoyed, or some people should drink tea or coffee at a certain time every day. If one day they miss it, they will feel headache. Some of us should sleep at a certain time, and we have many other habits that we developed in our life.

Physiologically nothing happens if lunch is delayed half an hour, but in practice, we fall in trouble. Since mysticism is the world of quality, it cannot turn a blind eye on such a malfunction and scrutinises it carefully.

Fasting and addiction

There should be something to wipe off all these if-then patterns. Fasting was suggested in many religions for this purpose so that we can set ourselves free of these bondages. In the Old Testament, it was a period of forty days, in some other periods, it was 30 days. Apart from that, there are also social and health-related reasons such as feeding the poor and helping in decreasing social gaps, which as a result decrease negative consciousness emissions in the collective spirit of society. A social blessing so to speak.

Another reason was that since, at those ancient times it happened that at a period of time people remained without water and food, as a social preparation it was necessary to be prepared for any life condition. Essentially mysticism brings about self-realization and consequently self-preparation for many live events.

After a period of fasting, we can notice that we are more in control of ourselves. If we look at fasting with a proper perspective, we will have even more energy during this period than other times, but with an improper attitude, it’s just an affliction.

In ancient times, when people heard that someone became enlightened or aware, so to speak, those who were interested travelled long distances to find that person and learn about what he did. Once someone who had heard about an enlightened man travelled in order to meet him. When he found that holy man, he asked, “tell me what do you do?” That holy man said, “When I feel sleepy, I sleep. When I feel hungry, I eat.”

Apparently, we do the same except when that lunchtime is twenty minutes delayed, mood changes. This should not happen.

Healing of addictions

In this healing system, it is possible to reprogram and rectify different aspects of the human being from cell to unconscious mind. Thus, it is possible to eliminate those conditional patterns in the unconscious mind. With the help of universal consciousness, we can help people to break free from different addictions and habits, be it drug and alcohol addiction, cigarette or addiction to sweets.
